This is the headquarters for the Alzheimer's Association NSW statewide services as well as being a resource centre for people with dementia, their carers and anyone with an interest in dementia.

. Professional staff and trained volunteers provide information and emotional support through counselling and support groups.
. There is a dementia library and centre tours are offered to view the
dementia design features. A family visiting area and garden have been specially designed for use by people with dementia.
. Statewide services co-ordinated from the centre include:
. A 24 hour helpline which offers information and referrals
to health and community services.
. NSW Information and Counselling Service.
. Co-ordinates over 130 carer support groups.
. Education and training programs held throughout NSW.
