Short Description
A Department of Health program to provide equipment to assist people with a disability to live at home. Lodgement centres are located throughout the Sydney metropolitan area and NSW.

Eligibility:
. Person must be a recipient of a Social Security Card
. Disability must be of a permanent or long term nature
. Must not be compensible
. Children under 16 will be assessed on parent's income
. A clinical assessment is required for some items
. A contribution may be requested towards the cost of some equipment.
