Short Description
A program that can provide advice on home security and risks eg fire or injury caused by falls. It is open to all ACT residents. People who are frail aged or have a disability are considered a priority. This is a free service.
More Details
The program will organise the Fire Brigade to give advice on fire prevention and will mail out information on improving home security. In some circumstances an assessor will conduct a home safety assessment.
Group presentations can be organised. Contact the Program for more information.
Funding is provided by the ACT Government.
