Short Description
A community organisation formed by the amalgamation of Tuggeranong and Weston Creek Community services. The organisation is funded by grants and seeks to assist people who require the following services:
Women's housing programme - for women who are re-housing in the aftermath of domestic violence (not a refuge)
Out of school programme for children with disabilities
Family support - liaison workers
Aged care programmes
Emergency relief for people in need
Case management
Respite care
Food vouchers for those in need
Family Day Care
Community Youth Centres
In home care
