Short Description
Glendale Homes are a range of prefabricated homes that have been designed in conjunction with the Australian Standard for Access and Mobility, AS1428.1. Various size homes can be purchased from single bedroom granny flats through to two bedroom homes. Homes can be customised.

. All homes are sold with carpets, curtains and light fittings and require connection to power and water.
. All fittings and fixtures can be customised to suit the client including slip resistant flooring and tap fittings etc.
. There is a six to eight week waiting period following order.
. Staff to speak to at Glendale Homes are Peter Sirl and Pam Strong Consultants, or Ray - Drawing Officer.
. Homes are transported on semitrailers with escort at a rate of $2.50 per kilometre.
