Short Description
3M™ Safety-Walk™ product range comprises a variety of strips and treads designed to provide a slip-resistant finish to a range of surfaces. The product comprises coarse through to fine grade tapes and treads and include applications for bath and shower, step and ladder treads, marine applications, indoor surfaces, playground equipment etc. Available in variety of sizes.

The reverse side of the products is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive, covered with a removable protective liner.

Available in cartons of 50.
The product ranges are listed in order of abrasive grade from coarse to fine.
Series 700 Coarse Tapes and Treads
Comprise large particle abrasives bonded by tough and durable polymer
to plastic film. Recommended for use on flat or smooth surfaces and suitable applications include far machinery, recreational vehicles, wet and oily areas, airplane decks/cargo holds, machine shops, garages etc.
Available black only.
Series 600 General Purpose Tapes and Treads
Comprise abrasive particles bonded by polymer to plastic film.
Suitable for use on smooth or flat surfaces including ladders, steps, stairs, step stools and scaffolds, food service areas as well as farm machinery and recreational vehicles.
Available in black, brown, clear and safety yellow-all colours not available in all sizes.
Series 500 Conformable Tapes and Treads
Comprises abrasive particles bonded by polymer to aluminium foil. Designed to stretch and conform to irregular surfaces such as diamond tread metal, ladder rungs, screw heads etc.
Available in black and safety yellow -all colours not available in all sizes.
Series 300 Medium Resilient Tapes and Treads
Comprises plastic film coated with a textured resilient (cushioned) surface.
Suitable for flat or smooth light traffic areas such as water skis, swimming pools, diving boards, showers, bathroom floors (see Series 200 for inside bath application).
Available in black or grey.
Series 200 Fine Resilient Tapes and Treads
Comprises a fine grade textured top surface suitable for barefoot use.
Designed specifically for use inside bath, shower and on bathroom floor.
Available in white or clear- all colours not available in all sizes.
