Short Description
There are many types and qualities of toilet paper dispenser on the
market: some are easy to use (ie. dispensing toilet paper), some
enable ease of changing toilet rolls; the value of some is based purely on
aesthetics and the value of others is in ensuring the the toilet roll is difficult to remove (is not stolen or wasted).

POINTS TO CONSIDER WHEN BUYING A TOILET ROLL HOLDER:
* Toilet roll holder versus tissue dispenser versus other type.
* Ease of use.
* Ease of refill.
* Frequency of refill (capacity, if more than one roll).
* Height to mount at.
* Ease of installation.
* Durability of design.
* Likelihood of being used as a physical support.
* Ease of use for a one-handed person (A "hooded holder" or one that is spring loaded to stop the spindle travelling may be useful. Also
consider interleaved paper that is pulled out in individual sheets).
