Short Description
Granito Tactiles are ceramic floor tiles designed for installation in areas accessed by people with a visual impairment. There are two types of tactile tiles
1) Directional tiles which have four raised ridges which are used to
indicate the direction of travel and
2) Hazard tiles which have a raised dot profile and are used to indicate a
change in the direction of travel and/or a hazard.

More Details
. Made from vitrified porcelain which is hard wearing and resistant to extreme environmental conditions.
. Slip resistant in both dry and wet conditions.
. The tile body is the same structure throughout as on the surface.
.To assist people with some vision, pigment in the tile should retain the required 30% colour contrast to its background in indoor and outdoor locations.This will enable pedestrians with low vision to more easily identify the pathway from its surrounds.
