Short Description
This service enables callers to be connected directly to a local or
STDnumber by an operator. A service fee exemption is offered to people with severe physical disabilities who are unable to use a standard telephone or dial a number without extreme difficulty. Customers who receive an exemption pay normal call costs.

. A disability exemption form can be requested by phoning the Telstra Call Connect Helpline on 1800 068 424.
. To access Call connect service dial 12456.


Additional Comment
When phoning for application, Telstra will forward to local disability office or if not accessible, Telstra will send application form and stamped return address envelope.
