Short Description
A lightweight folding chair with aluminium frame, blue vinyl seat and
backrest, and two 175mm rear wheels designed for the transport and
evacuation of people unable to walk. It has a one piece footrest and is fitted with handles for lifting by two attendants. Seat and chest belts are included. The chair unfolds and locks in one movement. Frame has white powder coated finish.
Models
530PTVL This model has a flip-out arm at the bottom of the chair.
531 - Easy-fold chair. This has extendable arms at the top and bottom of the chair.
532 - Stair Descender fits both models of the chair.
Options
Optional extra wheels to assist stair descent with one attendant.
Stair Descender
Method Of Use
1. The Stair Descender is used by sliding it under the evacuation chair, where it locks into place on the back axle.
2. The chair is tipped back.
3. The handle of the chair is then used to guide the chair on the Descender down the stairs.
