Short Description
A flexible cushion overlay consisting of visco-elastic polymer (made of ultra soft synthetic rubber) in a grid construction. The grid channels provide ventilation and drainage. The overlay is designed to provide maximum pressure protection and adapts to the shape of contoured cushions. This cushion works better when coupled with foam - on its own it is only suitable for low risk clients. When foam is used in combination with the cushion it is suitable for high risk clients.

. The breathable cover has a three sided zipper and slip resistant base.
. The material dissipates heat build up, distributes weight uniformly to avoid high pressure development and doesn't bottom out.
. Does not require kneading or readjustment for continuous support.
. Will not leak or flow if punctured.
. Has a three-sided zipper cover and a nonskid base.
. Suitable for custom moulded cushions.
. The Shear Smart Pad is the top layer of the Action XACT range of cushions
