Short Description
This unit is mounted beneath a standard wheelchair to provide the attendant pushing the wheelchair with more power to travel up gradients, hills and ramps. The unit consists of a combined motor, gearbox, battery and wheel which attach to the wheelchair frame. The operating lever is attached to a spiral cord and clips onto the right or left wheelchair push handle. Available in three models.

CONTROLS
Ergonomically designed handlebar control with optional left or right hand use.
On/off key, on/off light with red, amber, green colour sequence advising battery condition, a pre-set speed control governing top speed and a thumb operated speed control lever. Alternatively the lever can be used in conjunction with the pre-set control to provide simple press button operation.
Electronic traction control provides a smooth start without wheelspin.
WHEELS
Alloy twin wheels and super grip tyres
TRANSPORTING
Remove from wheelchair. Can be packed neatly into a travel bag. The wheelchair can be folded as only the fitting brackets remain on the base frame.
Method Of Use
The Powerpack is fitted to the wheelchair. The attendant walks behind the wheelchair with their thumb on the lever control.
Models
. Standard single wheel model capable of transporting up to 114kg user weight. Powered forward movement only.
. Standard double wheel model with the same user weight limit but much greater traction - effective on loose gravel and wet grass. Powered forward and reverse movement.
. Heavy duty model is only available with twin wheels and is capable of transporting up to 165kg. Powered forward and reverse movement.
