Short Description
A transit wheelchair with a folding steel frame, suitable for adult use. It has a fold down back rest, attendant hand brakes, removable legrests and fixed full length armrests. One size only.

More Details
FRAME
Folding steel frame with single cross brace and rear tipping levers. Frame is powder coated. Colour - black only.

SEAT
Slung style with padded nylon upholstery.

BACKREST
Slung style with padded nylon upholstery.
The backrest folds down to make the chair more compact for car transport. A release lever for folding is located on each back cane.
Attendant brake control levers are mounted on the push handles.

ARMRESTS
Full length fixed armrests with armrest support.
Armrest support is padded and has vinyl upholstery.

LEGREST and FOOTPLATES
Swing away removable legrests.
Legrests are adjustable in length.
Lift-up plastic footplates with heel loops.

WHEELS
Solid rubber rear wheels 300mm diameter, 40mm width.

CASTORS
Solid rubber 200mm diameter, 25mm width.

BRAKES
Loop brake levers are mounted on the push handles.
The brakes can be locked on by pushing the levers down until clicked into position.
