The Wedge is NOT on display at the ILC, but it is very similar to the Mobility Plus Equalizers on display. The main difference is that the Equalizer folds lengthwise while the Wedge doesn't fold but can be dismantled.
Short Description
A lightweight, robust, rigid frame (non-folding), rear wheel drive sports chair which is custom made in Australia. The frame is made from alloy tube for lightness and strength. Seat widths available in increments of 25 mm from 305 mm to 510 mm. Standard features include: quick release axles, adjustable mounting plate for rear axles, choice of rear tyre size, fixed legrests with single lift off or dual flip-up footplates, 5" polyurethane front castors. Brakes and armrests are not supplied as standard. A large range of options is available. The Wedge was previously known as the Dominator.

More Details
Frame: Non folding frame manufactured from alloy tube to reduce frame weight. Available in a choice of colours from the Dulux powder coating paint chart or from new car colours.
Upholstery: Waterproof dacron with adjustable sling tension of the seat.
Seat: Customisation of seat depth and width is available. The seat width on this chair is measured between the outside edges of the frame. Therefore the seat upholstery measurement may be narrower than the seat width measurement - ask the supplier to measure accurately if there any doubts as to the required width.
Backrest: Backrest height can be customised to suit individual needs. Standard sizes are 200-300 mm, 300-380 mm, 380-480 mm.
There is an extended flap that connects to the seat with velcro - this allows the backrest height to be adjusted. The backrest folds forwards onto the seat for transport.
Drive wheels: 610 mm diameter quick release wheels with alloy wheel rims and push rims, multi position axle plate in both the horizontal and vertical planes, camber adjustment; precision sealed bearings. Options: Quad release axles, choice of rear tyre size - 20", 24" or 26". BMX wheels are available however quick release axles cannot be fitted to these. An extensive range of tyres,wheels and rims are also offered as add-on cost items.
Castors: 125 mm (5") polyurethane front castors with castor angle adjustment; high tensile castor forks. Options: wide range of sizes and materials available at extra cost, including alternative polyurethane castor diameters of 3", 6",7" and 8", or pneumatic castors available in 6" or 8" only, castor locks.
Armrests: Not supplied as standard. Options: removable or flip-up armrests. Skirt guards are available in either plastic or fabric.
Legrests: Standard chair is supplied with a fixed single piece footplate. Options: swingaway and/or removable legrests, elevating legrests.
Brakes: Not supplied as standard. Options: brakes can be fitted to the chair using either a low or high mounting.

Dismantling: Quick release wheels are removed and back folded down onto seat. Main frame is a rigid unit that does not fold.
