Short Description
An ultra lightweight, self-propelling, rigid frame wheelchair which is custom made. The quick release wheels can be detached for transport. The frame is alloy but a titanium frame is available. There is a choice of fixed or adjustable camber bar. Various options available.

More Details
The wheelchair has slung, synthetic seat and backrest upholstery, a footrest bar, tapered front hangers, quick release wheels and epoxy coated frame. Can be customised for use when playing specific sport eg basketball, tennis, quad rugby.
REAR WHEELS are between 500mm and 660mm in diameter, with pneumatic tyres. Standard tyres are 24 x 1 3/8".
Options: high pressure, BMX, or puncture proof pneumatic tyres; Kik solid tyres 24" x 1". The distance betweeen push rim and tyre can be set to suit user.
Push rims - optional plastic coated push rims (on display chair) may be easier to grip, but they heat up significantly outdoors and can be uncomfortable to touch. Suitable for indoor use only.
CAMBER on the rear wheels can be fixed at any angle from 0 - 20 degrees.
Option: adjustable camber bar.
FRONT CASTORS are between 80mm and 200mm in diameter, with narrow profile solid rubber tyres.
BRAKES are available as options. Choices are high or low mounted lever or scissor style.
SEAT is slung upholstery.
BACKREST is made to required height. The backrest upholstery is velcroed to the seat upholstery so there is no gap between them.
Options: folding, lift-out and height adjustable backrest; curved padded backrest upholstery velcroed onto slung backrest.
ARMRESTS are available as options. Choices are swingaway, height adjustable or fixed armrests, with a full length or desk length armrest pad.
FOOTPLATE is a rigid bar.
Option: swingaway, flip-up footplates.
FRONT HANGERS are tapered.
Options: swingaway footplates set at 60, 70, or 90 degrees; elevating legrests.
OPTIONS:
Anti tip bars, push handles, seat pouch , spoke guards, skirt/clothes guards, brake handle extensions, tray, backpack, impact guards, positioning straps, belts, heel loops, calf strap, stump supports.
DISMANTLING
To fold backrest down onto seat, remove armrests and/or skirt guards, flip back the backrest locks at the base of the backrest canes, and push backrest forwards and down. Remove rear wheels and remove footplates if detachable. Wheelchair is then small enough to lift into the boot.
Warranty: Lifetime warranty on frame.
