Short Description
Two foam wedges for sitting and back support to minimise spinal stress caused by sitting in a car, aeroplane and bus seats etc. The wedges have a woollen fabric cover and a hook and loop strap.

HOW BAMBACH WEDGES WORK:
. One wedge on the seat lifts the hips above the knees and out of the seat 'pocket' that is usually present in conventional seating. (The pocket lowers the hips and puts the pelvis into backward rotation, thus collapsing the spinal nerves).
. The second wedge tilts the pelvis forward into its upright, neutral
position and provides support for it there.

Method Of Use
. Use the first wedge on the seat to raise the hips higher than the knees (if possible)
. Use the second wedge to tilt forward the upper rim of the back of the pelvis and then support the resulting lumbar curve.
