Short Description
A plastic low rise gas lift stool designed for temporary seating while while working with young children. It has a five star castor base and round swivel seat. A plastic backrest is optional. Chair is minimally adjustable in seat height. The height is adjustable with either a 80mm or 100mm gas lift.

The chair has gaslift seat height adjustment via the use of a lever on the right under side of the seat. The padded seat is circular with a plastic covering.
The small contoured backrest, with a handle attachment, pivots slightly at its attachment point on the vertical backrest column. The backrest height is fixed.
The depth of the seat can be adjusted by loosening and tightening the screw at the base of the seat, to move the vertical backrest column in and out.
The manufacturers of the Lowrise Childcare stool have used a five star base from a regular office chair, designed to make the stool stable, while the user is moving across the floor.

* Brake loaded and brake unloaded castors are available for all Flexliner chairs.
Brake Unloaded Castors ONLY OPERATE WHEN THE PERSON IS NOT SITTING on the chair or stool. When the person is seated, the castors free wheel. They reduce the risk of the chair rolling away from behind the user when they rise from sitting.
Brake Loaded Castors ONLY OPERATE WHEN THE USER IS SITTING on a chair or stool - they free wheel when they do not have a downward load on them, so the chair can be easily moved from place to place. They therefore reduce the risk of movement while the user is seated.
