Short Description
A portable ejection cushion designed to assist people in rising from a chair. Operation is by torsion springs, adjustable to the weight of the user and controlled by a left or right hand lever with a safety lock.
The cushion is available in vinyl or Dralon covers in a range of colours.

In appearance, a normal cushion with a small release handle on the side.
The cushion is built around an internal steel frame and patented spring
mechanism. It is thickly padded, and can be upholstered in the material of choice.
To open: Sit on cushion, raise lever gently about 50mm (force is not
necessary) and release hand. Seat will rise gently. A simple locking device prevents any release of the spring until user is ready to stand up.
To close: Sit on cushion, or use hand pressure until down. Gently drop
lever to level position. The cushion is portable.
