Short Description
A fruit and vegetable slicer, dicer and shredder. Consists of a plastic
slide into which may be inserted 3 different types of V-shaped cutting
blades.

To use:
. The slide is held on the bench at a 45 degree angle.
. Fruit or vegetable to be sliced is impaled on a safety holder with finger protection.
. Holding the slide with one hand and the fruit on the holder with the other, the fruit is moved up and down on the slide with a fast, even stroke. The action is easy and light; does not require great pressure.
To clean: Hold under running water to rinse. Do not use boiling water.
Do not dry.
