Short Description
This information sheet describes the range of K Care mobile over-bed and over-chair tables manufactured by KDB Engineering in Western Australia.
There are six models available in the range.
Over-bed and over-chair tables are designed to carry small items only, e.g. cups, plates, book, newspapers; large items such as televisions and computers should not be placed on the table top.

Frame:
All K Care over bed and over chair table frames are manufactured from tubular steel.

Base:
All models feature a U-shaped base which enables the table to be pulled in around a seated user. Three of the six models have dual upright posts supporting the table top, two models feature four upright posts for added stability and one model has a single upright post.

Table top:
All K Care over bed and over chair table tops are manufactured from laminated particle board or MDF.

Castors: 50mm swivel twin wheel castors

Method of height adjustment:
Mechanically operated via screw knobs.
One model does however feature a gas spring loaded mechanism for ease of height adjustment.

Application: A range of tables that would suit most domestic situations.

Models
1: KA570 Over chair table
A height adjustable over chair table featuring dual upright posts and an angle adjustable table top. Table top is wood veneer, brown in colour, has square edges and features two 10mm lips along the 2 long sides of the table.

2: KA570V Over chair table (vanilla)
As per KA570 above but featuring vanilla coloured frame and vanilla laminated table top; table top has rounded corners and edging.

3: KA570G Over chair table (grey)
As per KA570 but featuring grey coloured frame and grey laminated table top; table top has rounded corners and edging.

4: KA570SV Over bed table (spring loaded)
This model features a single upright which includes a gas spring loaded height adjustment mechanism. The frame is manufactured from steel and the table top is finished in a vacuum formed, laminated MDF board with moulded edges and corners.
Table top can be adjusted for height (spring loaded) and angle (mechanical adjustment).

5: KA 572 Over chair table
This is a height adjustable over chair table with angle adjustable table top.
It features four upright posts on a U-shaped base for added stability.

6: KA574 Large Over chair table
As per KA572 but features larger table top.
