Short Description
Mineral oil based gel inserts designed to be supported over body areas that may be at risk of pressure ulcers or pain. They are held in position over the elbow using an elastic support sleeve that is available in three sizes. Available with an optional cover (called XStatic) with Silver Fibre, designed to inhibit growth of bacteria in the product and neutralise odour.
Additional Comment
May be useful in reducing pressure, friction and shear forces over areas of the upper or lower limbs that may be susceptible to pressure ulcers.

The supplier suggests measuring the circumference of the arm 7cm above the elbow crease for when worn on the elbow, to determine the correct protector size.
