Short Description
Foam mattresses suitable for people who are at low to medium risk of pressure ulcer development. Two models are available. Both models are available in all sizes, or can be customised if necessary.

The Comfort Plus is a foam mattress with a surface layer of convoluted foam. It is designed for use on a standard hospital / aged care bed as it provides pressure care and comfort for people who are at low risk of developing pressure ulcers.
The Foamrest mattress consists of layered / cubed foam cells and is designed as a pressure reducing mattress for people who are at medium risk of developing a pressure ulcer. The mattress conforms to the contours of the body. It is self adjusting and maintenance free. The foam cell network disperses the pressure, minimises friction and shear forces, and increases aeration.
Mattresses are available in a standard range of sizes and can be customised if necessary. (Also available as a short mattress for nursing home beds - (10cm shorter than standard size mattress).
All mattresses are available with a soft, durable multistretch, waterproof cover. The cover addresses the problems of friction and shear through the way it conforms to the users body shape.
