Short Description
A standard non-adjustable, pocket spring bed with a platform base that incorporates legs and castors. The bed is available in three models and five sizes. The 'Plush' model incorporates a pillow top.

SPRING UNIT - Pocket Spring Unit Centre Zoned with Border Wire
BASE - 250mm Deep Continental Platform Base, 75mm leg and castor.
Pocket coils are freestanding units encased in a fabric pocket. The benefit is that movement on the surface of the spring unit is not transferred across the entire bed surface. The interactive pocket coils/springs respond to pressure and movement and adjust to individual needs. They move independently and are effective in minimising sleep disturbance. Useful for people with irregular curvature of the spine, and for couples with a significant difference in body weight.
Additional Comment
- Mattresses can be purchased separately.
- Optional lower castors are available on request. (The castors will lower the bed approximately 4cm).
- If necessary, the bed base can be made lower in 2.5cm increments, to the total of 5" (12.8cm). If this is required, the special request should be made when ordering the bed (no extra cost is involved).
