Short Description
A range of reusable, absorbent bed and chair pads. Bed pads are available in three styles with or without tuck in flaps and with or without waterproofing. Chair pads have a waterproof base and are available in two colours.

BED PADS
The top layer is quilted polyester and the absorbent middle layer is made from polyester, rayon and viscose.
Conni Max
. Has Brushlex barrier fabric creating a waterproof base layer.

Conni BedPad
. Has a Fibretect cover on the underside to prevent fibre loss during laundering. A separate waterproof mattress protector must be used.

Additional Comment
Conni Bed Pads are designed to be placed on top of the bottom sheet. Nearly all styles of Conni Bed Pads have a built in waterproof backing and do not require a separate waterproof sheet. Please check this at point of purchase. It is recommended that the user lies directly on top of the Conni Bed Pad with no bedclothes worn from the waist down. If this is not preferred it is suggested only a pair of underpants be worn. If clothing is worn below the waist the user may feel wet due to the moisture present in the clothing. Conni Bed Pads are designed to 'trap' fluid, allowing the user to remain feeling dry. For detailed information refer to Technology and Standards.
Conni Chair Pads are constructed using a slip resistant waterproof backing and are designed to be placed directly on top of the chair or car seat. The chair pad absorbs fluid and protects the seat which can be difficult to clean and deodorise once soiled.
Conni Bed Pads and Chair Pads are very easy to care for. Warm machine wash with a good quality laundry powder or liquid. For difficult stains NapiSan is recommended. Do not use harsh bleaches. Conni Bed Pads can be tumble dried on low heat or alternatively just hang them on the clothesline. Also remember NEVER use fabric softeners as it puts a coating on the special fibres and stops them absorbing fluid.
There will be some shrinkage in the Bed Pads and Chair Pads. From a technical perspective, highly absorbent reusable products must experience some degree of shrinkage. Cleaning Requirements
- Wash before use to activate the absorbent fibres.
- Rinse with cold water prior to machine washing.
- Machine wash on normal settings. Do not exceed wash temperature of 80 degrees C.
- Do not use harsh bleach or fabric softeners. (NapiSan recommended)
- Line dry or tumble dry on warm cycle. (Maximum drying temperature 80 degrees C.)
- Do not iron.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not expose to direct heat.
