Short Description
A portable boot and shoe remover. It is positioned at a sloped angle and is roughly varnished for slip resistance. The higher edge has a cut out section into which the heel of the boot or shoe is wedged while the other foot stabilises the device. Different models available from various suppliers - made in metal, plastic or wood.

Method of use
· The aid is placed on the floor with the cut-out section sloping upwards at a 45° angle, away from the feet.
· One foot is placed on the back of the aid to stabilise, while the shoe to be removed is wedged into the front section.
· The foot is then eased out of the shoe which is held firmly by the aid.
Application
· This product is ideal for people with a limited range of motion or those who have difficulty bending over.
