Main Methods of Selecting Messages
Instant messages
Over 1500 messages can be stored, then retrieved and spoken with a maximum of 3 key strokes.
In this mode messages are assigned a certain key or series of keystrokes.
Messages can be stored under separate keys on the keyboard.
Messages can be selected by pressing three function keys in a row.
A visual prompt of the messages stored is shown on the screen.
Conversation
In this mode messages are typed in the document window and spoken when requested.
Speak as you type or replay a sentence, paragraph or highlighted section of text.
It is possible to save a complete conversation to disk so it can re reloaded for later use. This is particularly useful for giving talks.
Clipboard mode
Windbag will speak out any text copied into the clipboard from other Windows applications.
Finding messages
Pre-stored messages can be located by typing in some of the letters required in the message.
The word jumper could be typed to bring up all messages containing the word jumper, eg can you get my jumper, I'm hot, can you take off my jumper.
