Short Description
A computer mouse with a domed shape that may allow the user to maintain the hand in a neutral position during mousing activities. It has five programmable buttons that can be individually programmed to perform various mouse functions. Available in right hand, left hand and wireless models.

? Includes driver for Windows XP, Vista and Win 7 in 32/64 bit for programming all 6 buttons http://www.evoluent.com/buttons.htm . The driver is not required. The VerticalMouse 4 still has basic functionality without it. Limited to two non programmable buttons for Windows 98 and Windows 95, NT
The mouse is also compatible with a Mac, when it is limited to one non-programmable button
? USB only; not compatible with PS2 adapters.

Method Of Use
The buttons and scroll wheel perform basic functions when the mouse is plugged into a USB port
Action buttons and scroll wheel are on the right hand side and the thumb opposes the finger movements. This holds the mouse steady when the buttons are pressed
An optical sensor tracks the movement of the mouse
