Factors to Consider
The smaller size of the keyboard reduces the range of movement required to reach all of the keys on the keyboard.
The smaller keyboard can allow positioning of a mouse unit on a smaller surface area such as a wheelchair tray and reduces the reach required between keyboard and mouse.
Typists using one finger or a pointer are able to use the embedded keypad for number entry or control of the mouse.

Short Description
The BTC Compact is a laptop sized keyboard with 80 keys allowing all functions of the standard keyboard to be performed. The angle of the keyboard can be adjusted. The BTC Compact has an embedded numeric keypad. When the keypad is activated numbers can be entered using one finger, a mouthstick or headpointer. PC PS/2 compatible.
