Care Quip 757 Manual Wheelchair

Short Description
A Chinese made self propelled manual wheelchair with a folding aluminium frame. It is rear wheel drive with a multiposition axle bracket allowing the rear wheels to be set back in an amputee position. There are three adult seat widths. The slung seat and backrest are made from a padded sailcloth material. The padded, desk length armrests can flip back. Footrests are flip up, swing away and removeable. Options and accessories are available.

More Details
Frame
Powder coated aluminium frame with black cross brace, armrests and footplates. The rest of the frame is available in red or blue.
Single cross brace.
Rear anti tip bars are standard. These are height adjustable and have wheels attached.

Seat
Three seat widths available in 50mm increments.
One seat depth only.
Seat height is adjustable by altering wheel axle and castor heights.

Backrest
Slung style using padded sailcloth material.
Push handles have foam grips.

Upholstery
The sail cloth material is water resistant to a degree.

Armrests
Desk length, lift up armrests.
Plastic skirt or clothing guards attached.
Padded and upholstered in vinyl.

Legrest
Swing away mechanism can be operated in two places. A lever can be pulled on the external side, or another lever pushed on the internal side.
Legrests are removeable.
Elevating legrests with padded calf supports are optional.

Footplates
Two piece, lift up footplates made from a composite plastic material.
Height adjustable to four positions using a screw.
Webbing heel loops are standard.

Wheels
Pneumatic tyres with puncture resistant options available.
One size wheel available.
Quick release wheels are standard.
Wheels have black powder coated aluminium spokes.
Multiaxle positions including set back.
Adjustable height axle position.
Black powder coated aluminium push rims.

Castors
Several castor options available including two sizes.
Solid rubber castors.
Multi angle castor stem and height adjustable castor forks.
