Factors to Consider
Drum brakes may ease pushing downhill for attendants.
Rear axle position is adjustable, allowing alteration in position of weight over the rear wheels and castors, which may affect pushing.
Solid tyres have fewer maintenance issues such as pumping up tyres, or punctures.
Upholstery from the backrest can attach using hook and loop (Velcro) under the seat. This can prevent the cushion sliding between the backrest and seat.

Short Description
An aluminium, self propelled (rear wheel drive) manual wheelchair with attendant operated drum brakes, designed for bariatric use. The folding frame has a double cross brace, and is metallic blue in colour. The height adjustable armrests lift up, and are removable. The footrests are able to flip up, swing in or swing away, and removable. Two seat widths and seat depths are available, with nylon upholstery. Quick release rear wheels have multiaxle positions and solid tyres.

Adjustable and removable rear anti tip bars with rollers.
SEAT
Slung style nylon upholstery, with optional foam cushion and this can attach to the seat using hook and loop (Velcro).
BACKREST
Slung style, with padded nylon upholstery.
Push handles with rubber slip resistant grips.
ARMRESTS
Desk length, padded armrests are height adjustable to five heights using a screw in mechanism.
Armrests are able to lift up, and are removable.
Plastic clothing guards are standard.
LEGREST
Standard swing away and swing in mechanism.

Two piece, lift up, plastic footplates have fixed heel loops as standard.
