Short Description
A foam mattress replacement consisting of different foam densities designed for pressure reduction. The Pentaflex is similar to the Vaperm (PODS item number 21.14.057) but with superior grade foam and has air channels. The cover is made from Dartex which is vapour permeable, has two way stretch, is water resistant and has a conceled zip. Available in various sized single and double sizes, and can be customised to size.

Structure
Pentaflex has five zones of support depending on foam type. These vary according to distribution of body mass. It has internal air channels.
The side walls have firm, reinforced foam to enhance durability and assist in transfers.
All foams are fire retardant and contain an antibacterial agent.
Attachment
Mattress replacement sits on top of the bed base.
