A liquid substance that sets hard onto a surface creating a raised mark. The liquid is fluorescent in colour.

Features
Is compatible with most surfaces, including paper, metal, cloth, wood, glass and hard plastics.
A minimum 3 hours drying time is recommended, but this will varying depending on the size and the depth of the mark.
Sand may be sprinkled on the top of wet marks to create a textured finish.
