Factors to Consider
These supports are designed to be used while wearing shoes and socks and any orthotic device required.

Short Description
A positioning device for the ankle for adults or children. It is constructed from 25mm wide webbing around a foam padded synthetic material cuff. The straps are length adjustable. The user can remove their feet from this device by releasing a side buckle. Available in three sizes. Adjustable length straps are anchored to the footplates of a wheelchair and can allow some movement depending on where its hardware is fixed.

Price Guide
Refer to supplier details for pricing.

More Details
Materials
Foam padded ankle cuffs have a black synthetic cover and are designed to circle the ankle and extend over the top of the users shoe.
25mm webbing straps encircle the ankle cuff with a plastic buckle.
The same sized webbing is vertical at either side of the foot to anchor it to the footplate. It has a plastic tension lock.
Black powder coated steel hardware mounts the device to the footplate of a wheelchair. This is anchored using bolts.
Adjustment
The vertical webbing straps can be adjusted in length using the tension lock. This may be loosened to allow a degree of foot movement.
The circumference of the ankle strap is length adjustable using a tension lock attached to the buckle. This may aid in a secure fit around the ankle.

Features
To allow for greater range of movement at the ankle, the hardware is mounted further away from the foot.
If less movement is required, the hardware is mounted closer to the sides of the foot.

Sizes
This product comes in three sizes being small, medium and large.
The size is dependent on the circumference of the persons ankle. Each size is adjustable within a range. The overall range for all sizes is from 150mm to 330mm circumference.

Warranty
Two year limited warranty.

Maintenance
Refer to the supplier and manufacturer manual for maintenance instructions and safety warnings.
