Short Description
Range of lightweight, folding adult wheelchairs with reinforced aluminium frame and sling seat and backrest. Available in various seat sizes. Three models are available, Compax Lite, Compax Max, Compax Self Drive. There is a choice of blue, burgundy and calypso fabric colours. Convaid also have a Cruiser range of pushers for children, with one model large enough for adult use.

Lightweight, microcellular polyurethane tyres.
Castors
Moulded nylon front castors with solid rubber tyres.
Lite model has castors rear and front.
Frame
Steel reinforced aluminium, flexible, folding frame.
Upholstery
Slightly padded sling seat and sling backrest in a breathable fabric.
17C 11 available with bucket seat only.
Armrests
Flip up, moulded, unpadded, half length.
Padded armrest covers are included with bucket seat.
Footrests
Plastic coated, swing away, height adjustable.
Brakes
Adjustable toggle brake on each rear wheel.
Positioned for use by attendant or occupant.
Self Drive and Lite models are only brought in on request.
