Factors to Consider
Bounce back design with a metal spring results in the user needing to exert less effort to open and close the blades.
Loop handle design on the bottom helps guide and contain finger placement.
It has an ambidextrous blade lock.
Short Description
A hard, plastic, universal snip with finger loop handle for finger placement. The upper handle has a contoured grip and is made from a soft, rubber material. The stainless steel blades have a non-stick coating. They are designed for cutting thin steel plates, plastic, tubing, rope or hoses. They are not recommended for cutting branches.

Locking mechanism
An orange locking mechanism locks the universal snips when not in use.
The locking mechanism is activated by squeezing both handles together and then sliding the orange plastic clip towards the blade.
