SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Nurse Call with ECU allows one switch to operate an Environmental Control Unit and the Nurse Call system alarm. Switch presses of short duration are sent to the ECU or device that the user wishes to control. A longer sustained switch press will trigger the nurse call alarm. The Nurse call is battery powered and requires an Alkaline 9 volt battery.

FEATURES
Access
One switch is used to access an Environmental Control Unit and the Nurse call system alarm. The time delay, before the alarm is activated, is adjustable.

Installation
Plug the ECU out lead from the Nurse Call into the ECU or device that the user wishes to control
Plug the alarm out lead from the Nurse Call into the call system (the call system may require some modification)

Power Source
The Nurse Call is battery powered and requires an Alkaline 9 volt battery.

Safety and Maintenance

CONSIDERATIONS FOR USE
A user must be able to hold the switch down for an extended period of time to activate the call bell.
The Nurse call Interface is designed to work with newer call systems in hospitals and Nursing homes.
