Factors to Consider
Adjusting the angle of the keyboard in the horizontal plane may assist with reducing deviation across the wrists.
Adjusting the angle of the keyboard in the vertical plane may assist in reducing the amount of forearm rotation required and encourage the forearm to be positioned in a more neutral position.
Having the embedded numeric keypad may assist in reducing excessive movement and reaching.
The lever used to adjust the keyboard requires strength and dexterity to operate.
Elevating the centre of the keyboard to reduce forearm rotation may affect the workstation setup and adjustments to seating, armrest or desk heights may be required.
The hinge allows adjustment within its range and does not require to be locked into predetermined increments.
For the keyboard to be stable, all four corners should be firmly placed on the workstation.
Short Description
The Goldtouch Adjustable keyboard is a split keyboard with a multi angle hinge which is centred and positioned at the top of the keyboard. The keyboard can be adjusted in both the vertical and horizontal planes and can be accompanied by a separate number pad. The keyboard angle is adjusted using a lever located at the top left of the keyboard. By pulling the lever the keyboard's hinge is freed to adjust the angle of the keyboard.

Installation

Adjustment
Keyboard angle is adjusted using a lever located at the top left of the keyboard.
Adjusts horizontally 0-30 degrees.
Adjusts vertically 0-30 degrees.
By pulling the lever the keyboard hinge is freed to adjust the angle of the keyboard.
Returning the lever to its original position (flat against the keyboard) locks the keyboard into the adjusted position.
