Short Description
The Jay J2 Tall Back is designed to replace existing slung wheelchair upholstery and consists of a firm outer shell with foam padding. The manufacturer states that it is designed for the user with mild to moderate positioning needs and who requires a taller trunk support. It secures to the wheelchair backrest posts by a bracket system, enabling it to be removed when required. It is angle adjustable and has a removable cover. Available in a range of sizes.

Features
The aluminium brackets are adjustable in width as well as angle
The contoured foam insert is attached with hook and loop. The padding consists of air exchange foam and cover enhancing air circulation.
The backrest is shaped to provide lateral trunk support.
Additional trunk and lumbar support pads are optional.
The back is available in a range of heights and widths.
The shell can be removed easily by lifting it upwards, allowing the wheelchair to be folded. Optional swing away attachments ensure that the wheelchair can be folded as flat as possible.
The backrest is shaped to provide lateral trunk support whilst allowing freedom of movement for self-propelling the wheelchair.
Seat depth is maintained as it replaces the existing backrest.
