Factors to Consider

Jay cushions are designed to fit the individual dimensions of the user. Sunrise Medical are able to add foam rails to their Jay range of cushions to extend seat width or depth. This may assist if the dimensions of the user and the wheelchair vary. This can be completed at no additional cost at time of ordering.
Short Description
This cushion consists of foam and a Jay Fluid pad integrated with a solid seat pan. It is designed to replace the slung seat upholstery of a wheelchair and features an incontinence resistant cover. The manufacturer states that it is suitable for a user with mild positioning needs and moderate skin protection needs.

Features
The seat pan consist of contoured powder coated aluminium. The base is contoured to assist in maintaining a low seat to floor height.
The foam cushion component features a fluid resistant cover which can be wiped clean. The base of the foam is slip resistant.
A Jay fluid filled pad covers the foam base.
