Short Description
A combination cushion consisting of three layers and modular positioning components. A slip resistant base supports a contoured high density base layer that contains a deep well for the option of a twin cell gel insert, a multi cell air insert or a foam insert. Modular components can be added to assist with the positioning of the user. The top layer is memory foam and the cushion is enclosed in a fluid resistant liner and a four way stretch cover.
