Short Description
A vinyl carry bag designed to fix under the seat of manual and some powered wheelchairs. It is approximately the size of a large wallet and may carry things such as keys and a mobile phone. It has a front opening zip, and the bag fixes to the seat tubes with adjustable loops on webbing straps.
