Factors to Consider
Width of wheelchair may restrict access through some areas such as doors, gates or narrow passages.
Powered tilt in space is optional to 55 degrees. This may assist to alter an occupants position, or provide a degree of pressure reduction.
The backrest may allow a bariatric user to be supported in their upper back, by accommodating excess tissue around the buttocks.
Short Description
An American manufactured mid wheel drive powered wheelchair designed for the adult bariatric population. The powered wheelchair is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It has a reinforced rigid frame with heavy duty springs on the front anti tip castors. The vinyl seat and backrest is contoured with a padded headrest. The wheelchair has many options including larger seating systems and controls.
