Short Description
This rigid frame tilt in space wheelchair is suitable for small adults through to the bariatric user. It has a full range of adjustments in width, depth, seat to floor height, hip to back angle, height of back canes, wheel position and pivot point. The Rehab TNT can be configured to the size and shape of the individual. The steel frame is able to be used as a base for a modular seating system. Transit or self propelling wheels are optional and the backrest reclines. A range of accessories is available.

More Details
Frame
Rigid frame that separates into two pieces for transport.
Frame made from lightweight Aircraft grade welded chrome alloy steel.
The frame is designed to be compatible with most modular seating systems.
Adjustable in width, depth, seat to floor height, hip to back angle, height of back canes, wheel position (including large wheels in the front position), and pivot point (in order to balance the weight of the seat frame/seating system for tilting).
Frame width adjustable from 410mm to 560mm.
Seat frame in base frame can be reversed to create a front wheel drive chair.
Heavy duty construction is standard.
Rear anti tip bars with roller wheels.
Choice of ten standard frame colours, custom colours are available at an extra charge.

Mechanism
Recline:
The Rehab TNT has 40º of adjustable recline in 10º increments.
Adjustments are made by altering the bolt position on each recline bracket located to the rear of the frame, behind the push handle back canes and to the back of the seat rails.

Tilt:
The Rehab TNT has 55º posterior tilt and 15º anterior tilt in 10º increments.
Tilt adjustment is via a combination of pressing down on the push handles whilst squeezing a lever located underneath the push handles to release the cylinder locking mechanism.

Seat
Seat depth is adjustable from 380mm to 585mm.
Seat rail height adjusts from 380mm to 480mm.
Seat frame in base frame can be reversed to create a front wheel drive chair.

Backrest
The Rehab TNT has 40º of adjustable recline in 10º increments.
Push handles are height adjustable stroller style. 180mm range of adjustment.
Seat back height range from 250mm to 500mm.

Armrests
Heavy duty, quick release, height adjustable armrests with desk length pads are standard.
Full length pads are available.
Adjustment range either 200mm to 300mm or 200mm to 410mm.
Skirt guards, skirt guard pads and swing away height adjustable armrests with full length pads are available as optional extras.

Legrests
Removable swing away 70º angle legrests are standard. 90º or or 60º angle legrests are available as an optional extra, as are low shear elevating legrests.

Footplates
Two piece lift up footplates with heel loops.
A footbox is available as an optional extra.

Wheels
Choice of 300mm, 510mm or 610mm diameter composite wheels with pneumatic tyres.
510mm and 610mm diameter wheels have push rims.
Quick release axles are an optional extra.
Flat free tubes and urethane tyres are available.

Castors
Choice of 140mm x 40mm, 150mm x 50mm or 200mm x 50mm castors with composite wheels and solid rubber tyres.
Semi pneumatic tyres are available.
Shock absorbing castors are also available.

Customisation
The whole chair is designed to be adjusted to fit to meet the individual users needs. See above for detail on possible adjustments.

Brakes
Disc brakes which can be either user or attendant operated.
Toggle style operated with a lever.
Brake lever extension available.
