Factors to Consider
The bicycle brakes attached to the push handles may assist the attendent to slow down the wheelchair with occupant without having to use own body strength totally.
The armrests fold behind the backrest and may assist with side transfer when the attendent assists from behind the wheelchair.
The folding backrest may make it easier to transport in a car with a small boot.
Short Description
A folding, rear wheel drive manual wheelchair with a padded slung seat and backrest. It has an aluminium alloy frame, quick release pneumatic rear wheels and two position front castors. The padded desk armrests have clothing guards and can lift back. The backrest can fold down for storage and the contoured push handles have bicycle brakes. The footplates can swing away and have a removable calf support strap.
