SHORT DESCRIPTION
An adjustable chair with air and foam cushioning on a mobile castor base in sizes to suit adults and children. Features include gas assisted tilt in space, adjustable angle legrest and swing away removable arms for side transfers and handling. A gas assisted reclining backrest is an option. It is available in standard and fully optioned recliner models or can be custom ordered to suit specific needs (on request).

FEATURES
Frame
The chair is mounted on an epoxy coated tubular steel frame.
The tilt adjustment is gas assisted and is positioned on the push handles at the rear of the chair.
Also available with gas assisted backrest recline.
Ergonomic handles.
Upholstery
Synergy fabric on the front of the seat, back and legrest has four way stretch to minimise shearing forces.
It is also fluid and bacteria resistant.
Vinyl fabric on the sides and back of the chair.
The cover attaches to the chair with hook & loop fastenings.
Sizes
The chair is available in three standard seat widths(420mm, 480mm, 580mm) and two seat depths.

Seat
The air cell support in the seat is adjustable via two squeeze valves located on the left side of the chair.
A lap belt is standard.
Backrest
Five layers of varying density foams. In built lumbar support.
Armrests
The swing away, removable armrests enable side transfer into the chair.
Legrest
The leg rest angle is adjustable with a gas lift lever underneath the chair.
A removable foot support is optional.
Castors
The 150mm castors all swivel, one front castor can be used as a steering castor, back castors are locking.
Care Instructions
Clean using neutral soaps, warm water and a soft rag or sponge.
Wipe with fresh water
Allow to dry thoroughly
Do not use harsh solvents, detergents or cleansers.

Club Recliner. A tilt in space chair with a reclining backrest.
Paediatric Club Recliner.
Meuris Explorer Club Recliner. Fitted with 320mm large fixed front wheels for outdoor use, hand brakes and a park brake.
Meuris Paediatric Explorer Recliner. Standard 420mm seat width, outdoor base, large front wheels.

Dual footpads.
Adjustable footpads and leg cushions can be fitted to the chair to suit an individuals height.
Arm cushions can be fitted to the chair in upper and lower arm positions to improve posture while in the chair and can also be used to fir the chair for slim users.

Transportation
The manufacturer states that all Meuris Club chairs are approved for vehicle transport in Australia with a user seated in the chair whilst travelling.
Meuris chairs feature vehicle restraints which conform to Australian standards.

CONSIDERATIONS FOR USE
The removable or swing away armrests assist occupational health and safety for attendants by allowing the attendant to position occupant correctly without leaning over the armrests.
