This is a comprehensive resource for rating accessibility to a house. The three main areas assessed are the entry, circulation and bathroom.
From the website you can download the file either as a checklist for rating the ease of access to a home, or a detailed 'Ratings Guide' to explain what to look for when assessing the accessibility of a house.
You can also download a booklet called "Over 100 ways to improve the access to your home". This booklet contains information on identifying barriers to access in the home and provides some simple low cost solutions to these problems.
