. The fishing rod holder straps to wrist and forearm, and permits trolling, casting, and still fishing.
. It transfers the holding force from the hand and wrist to forearm bicep and shoulder.
. The fishing rod attaches to the part of the support on the underside of the user's forearm.
. The support is constructed from oil treated leather.
. It can used with standard fishing equipment and can be worn underneath or on top of clothing.
. Not suitable for use with pistol grip rod.
