The Cask Mate comes in two separate components that need to be assembled prior to use. The semicircular attachment fits over most wine, juice and spring water cask tap spouts/outlets. A prong sits under the opening tab and when two raised projections are squeezed together the tab is lifted to dispense the liquid.
