Short Description
Clark Bay Farm has purpose built holiday accommodation situated on the shores of the Wagonga Inlet Narooma on the south coast of NSW. The layout of the farm, three units, heated swimming pool and recreational room are wheelchair accessible.

UNITS:
. BATHROOM - Open plan, hobless showers, quarter turn temperature monitored taps, flexible handheld showers, shower chairs available.
. KITCHEN - Open plan, induction stove top, microwave oven, pull out under bench storage.
. LAUNDRY - Front loading washing machine and dryer.
. BEDROOMS - Large. (Units 1 and 2 6m x 3m).
- Electric posture slat single or double beds with a latex
mattress in units 1, 2 and 3.
- Gantry lift available in unit 1.
- Double bed settee futons available for extra family members /
carers. Units can sleep up to 8 people. All linen supplied, though some of the packages do not include linen.
- One 12 share unit.
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES INCLUDE:
. Gas heated spa / swimming pool (12.5 m x 6 m) including a hydrotherapy area
6m x 4m x.8m. Oxford pool hoist, swim out area (platform) and toddlers pool
. Outdoor boccia and kite flying.
. Indoor recreation - indoor bowls, table tennis, quad rugby, basketball and tennis.
. Beaches - 7 kms.
