Short Description
A gym based fitness program for people with a physical disability.
Mondays 2pm - 3.15pm
Wednesdays 2pm - 3.15pm
At the City YMCA
Car access from Allara Street, opposite the Olympic Pool.
Cost: $6.50/class
$60 for 10 visits
$110 for 20 visits

More Details
This program is suitable for people with hemiplegia due to stroke,cerebral palsy, MS, MD, visual disability, spinal injury or head injury.
If possible, instructors would appreciate relevant information on medical issues, previous exercise programs and exercise tolerance of participant.
An individual program is developed for each person in the class and is supervised by a qualified and registered fitness instructor.
Assistants are available to help with the exercise.
